What is covered by my Go Cover Policy?

Can I pay by instalments?

Yes you can. Contact our client support team on 0800 847 847 and we will arrange this for you.

Can I add a driver?

Yes. We require their name, date of birth, type of licence and whether they have had any claims or have any convictions. Contact our client support team on 0800 847 847 and we will arrange this for you.

How do I get a quote or arrange cover?

How do I contact the roadside assistance provider?

If you require roadside assistance and have Roadside Assistance Cover, please give your name and Go Cover client code (if you have it) to NZRA, New Zealand Roadside Assistance by calling 0800 847 847 and selecting option 3

How do I cancel my policy?

You need to cancel your policy in writing. Either by post or email. Please give your name, policy number, vehicle details and your reason for cancelling. You can email us admin@gocover.co.nz or call us on 0800 847 847 for more information.
